I’ve led amazing retreats in some incredible places, made all the mistakes, had the hugest successes and have mastered now (I hope) the art of offering retreats that both pay me well but don’t drain me!  

 

When planning a retreat there are many things to consider, and the truth is, there isn’t one right way to run a retreat.  Only what works for you when you’ve carefully considered all the things you need to think about.  Many of those things I didn’t know I needed to think about before doing it so this is what we’ll be focusing on the retreat.

 

We’ll discuss day retreats too (which is also good footwork for planning workshops)

 

Leading retreats has been life-changing for me. It’s given me so many opportunities to connect with people and make special memories and life-long friends.

Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath with Live Harp and Live Guitar

 

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, encapsulated by the soothing echos of a live guitar, live harpist & crystal singing bowls

 

We will gather in the Great Hall at Elmslie House, at the foot of the magnificent Malvern Hills

 

A warm, cosy space with under floor heating awaits you. Star gaze as you enjoy divine relaxation under the glass roof.

 

You will be lovingly guided through a series of gentle floor based poses to ease tension & soothe the mind whilst lulled by the peaceful sounds of a live guitar.

 

Let yourself surrender into deep, rejuvenating yogic sleep as we journey into our yoga nidra practice, wrapped in the rejuvenating vibrations of the crystal singing bowls complimented by our beautiful live harpist.

Cosy Hygge Retreat is the perfect remedy to beat the winter blues, offer yourself some time to rest & restore after a busy festive season and enjoy some time with other gorgeous souls.

 

This winter, we’ll be embracing all that is Hygge, with mindful yoga, cosy restorative sessions and everything warm and wonderful!

​

 

Winter can also be a time when we feel a little sluggish too, so whilst honouring deep restoration, it’s important we have a few fun and bracing moments to sweep away the cobwebs! (Aerial Yoga Inversions, Big Belly Laughs and Cold Dipping for example! )

10.00am Sacred Rituals & Slow Flow Yoga 

 

12.00 Community Prepared Winter Banquet 

 

Afternoon time for aroma-saunas, cold dipping, nature walks, treatments, rest.

 

Afternoon workshop - making sourdough loaves and kimchee!

 

5.00pm - Deep Winter Restore Session combining Yin, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Aerial Yoga and Healing Sound Bath for the ultimate bliss out sessions.

 

7.00pm Winter Warmer Community Dinner and Dessert

 

Time to talk, laugh, gather around a fire, sing, share, dance and play! 

 

There may be an option to gather for a waterfall hike before arriving at the retreat venue on Friday.  Weather permitting!
